Cum duci contextele de invatare la urmatorul nivel, participantii simtindu-se mai prezenti si mai motivati sa se dezvolte?
Ei, o posibila solutie vine de la An Coppens, Gamification Design Expert at Gamification Nation Ltd care pune accent pe aspectele sociale de invatare si transformarea lor in joc.
De ce joc?
Elemente simple de joc:
- Form filling (acel progress bar de pe Linkedin de exemplu)
- Puncte (“add point accumulating opportunities for activities like reading, writing, sharing, course reviews and vote for content. Learners want points for all interactions!”)
- Castigarea de badge-uri
- Hackaton
De asemenea, tehnicile prin care progresezi la diferite nivele, ai scoruri, poti vedea performanta ta in timp real si panoul de activitate sunt lucruri care cresc angajamentul. Se adauga aici recunoasterea fata de comunitate, continut exclusiv precum si provocarile pentru a atinge o anumita reputatie.
Asadar, un Learning Management System ar fi indicat pentru a crea un sistem de joc. Nu presupune a fi neaparat o infrastuctura online, ci chiar un tabel sau o tabla.
